Supporting Torry Team

Our plan

It’s a myth that search engines need to profile you in order to generate revenue. Torry is working on various ideas for how to support our team. In the future Torry may trial subscriptions or limited free tiers. For now our primary goal is to provide neutral, balanced search results. Every search.

Torry earns money from clicks on the advertisements that appear above and beside the search results. The advertisements on Torry are clearly labeled as Ads and are text links to websites that pay for each click by users. The ads are delivered to you by our search partners, who pay Torry a share of the revenue generated via these ads.

Web Analytics

We don’t use external tracking tools.

We use a safe and fully encrypted web analysis service, which we ourselves operate, in order to continuously improve our proxy performance and the use of Torry. We only measure traffic volume to prevent bot spam across our proxy system. These stats only include the number of times our service is accessed by a certain operating system and spoofed or headless browsers. We don’t know anything about individual users or IPs that access Torry.

We never disclose or sell your contact information

We do not, and never will, share or sell any contact information we collect ourselves with any third party.

You ask for support, not spam. When you contact us via email or through our support center, we’ll use your contact information to respond to you.
